Public beach parking is available and free, though it can fill during peak times, so we recommend going earlier in the day. The home is also centrally located to some of the Big Island’s best beaches, including Hapuna Beach, Beach 69, and Mauna Kea Beach, all just a short drive away. As part of your stay, you’ll enjoy complimentary Hilton Waikoloa Village pool passes for all registered guests (up to 10 per day), which include access to the pools, lagoon, and resort amenities, along with free on-site parking at the Hilton for added convenience. For safety, and in accordance with Hawaii State Law, a pool safety fence is required when young children are present. The pool fence remains up year round. <br /><br /> • Outside Vendors: Any third-party service providers—such as private chefs, massage therapists, or activity vendors—outside of our in-home concierge team, must be approved in advance by management and are required to carry active liability insurance. Failure to abide by this policy may result in removal of the vendor, cancellation of services, and/or additional fees charged to the guest. Unauthorized vendors will not be permitted on-site.<br /><br /> • Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool and spa.
