The guesthouse was fully renovated in Spring 2024, with everything brand new as then. Coral Wave Cottage is a stand-alone unit with its own entrance and is not close to the owner’s home.<br /><br />Guests have access to:<br /><br />Secure gated property with keypad entry<br /><br />A large outdoor area with full-size washer and dryer<br /><br />Beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel sets, and foam surfboards<br /><br />There is a private walking path through the side yard that leads to public beach access.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a quiet residential neighborhood with no nearby hotels. Families live on either side of the property, and you may hear children playing in the afternoons or on weekends.<br /><br />There is one additional rental on the property that is rented long-term or short-term depending on the season. Guests are asked to respect privacy by remaining within the vicinity of their cottage and surrounding yard.
