Then we provide for you coffee & tea in the property kitchen. <br /><br />🔥🏕️🪵😍 P.S. there’s also a cute campfire pit outside to enjoy if you choose to gather wood.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This semi-self-sustainable home is newly built and is enclosed by beautiful new vegetation starting to fruition. The house uses a rain catchment water system for 100% of its water consumption, which goes through an extensive filtration system to provide deliciously pure rainwater. <br /><br />As you enter the home's front door you will walk through the open-concept kitchen and living room. Then down the hall to the left of the champagne wall art will be your bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Enjoy!<br /><br />Do keep in mind, being here in Volcano is like winter in Hawaii -- super cold. However, we don't use heaters and wall insulation is not super thick, therefore, we recommend you pack warm clothing and earplugs to sleep in because in the Hawaiian rainforest the Coquí frogs outside can get loud at night! 🍃<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Please feel free to use the fridge, borrow the ocean/pool toys, etc as you wish. My home is their home! Please make yourself at home.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please keep in mind the Airbnb property is a shared house, however, your bedroom and en suite bathroom are private for only you. Your bedroom comes with a key and personal lock on your bedroom door. You may come and go from the house at any time you please. Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. <br /><br />Important Bullet Points:<br /><br />1. NO GUEST LAUNDRY FACILITIES<br />2. Free snorkels to borrow are in the living room and free swim floaties outside<br />3. Volcano, Hawaii is cold 🥶 and there is no heating in the bedrooms. Check the weather and bring warm clothing. You will find extra blankets here if you need. We recommend you bring your personal travel indoor slippers too or wear socks inside as the floor can get cold and outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the house due to hygiene.<br />9. Plan in advance your driving route to the Airbnb. Make sure you have the correct location.<br />10. Pets not permitted as this is a shared house with other guests whom could have allergies to pets.<br />11.
