Full kitchen stocked with necessities. 2 large tables provide seating for up to 16 people. <br />2 King beds<br />1 queen bed<br />1 full with single trundle <br />couch pulls out to queen or full.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />To book this property, guest must be at least 25 years old and submit proof with booking. The house is set up as a duplex with two different entries. Property manager resides in the apartment (on the left), and guests have full access to house and yard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Property manager usually resides on site in private separate unit.<br /><br />Drip system coffee maker - coffee and filters provided <br />Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder are provided. <br />No air fryer or toaster <br /><br />Parking provided along the left side of the driveway for up to 3 cars. Avoid parking directly under the pine tree as pine cones frequently drop and can damage cars and windows. A 4th spot is available on cement pad near the front door. Please don't block the garage door on the right. No parking allowed in the street (avoid fines by Douglas county!).<br /><br />Guests are responsible for clearing snow from driveway and path if it snows during their stay. Shovels are provided.<br /><br />Guests are required to take their trash to the bear bin located at the bottom of the driveway upon their departure or when needed. Do not leave any trash outside. <br /><br />DO NOT LEAVE FOOD IN VEHICLES OR OUTSIDE. Bears are known to break into cars for ANYTHING that smells yummy!
