The supersized master bedroom suite features a flair of modern elegance with its own private lanai and living room. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom features twin beds, with each room decorated in a unique island style. We also maintain a private apartment on North end of the home. The apartment has its own separate entrance. We may be present on the property or you might encounter one of our guests staying there. If so, don’t hesitate to say hello—we’d love to share our knowledge of Kauai and the local area. <br /><br />This studio apartment can also be reserved to accommodate a larger group, the entire house could accommodate 10 guest, advanced notification would be required.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our unique home is a very large and accommodates many guest. Our studio apartment adjoins the home on the north end and is a completely separate living space with its own parking and entrance. The studio is usually occupied and we would ask that you apply common courtesy and observe the parking rules so as to not interfere with driving in and out of the property.<br /><br />There is to be no commercial activities allowed on this property. The number of guest will be limited to the number of guest selected on your initial booking. Additional guest will be asked to leave unless prior arraignments are made prior to your arrival.<br /><br />The home was designed to take advantage of the cool ocean breezes that flow up the river valley from the ocean. The home stays cool by keeping the windows and sliding glass and interior doors open. This method has been very effective for the last 43 years so air conditioning was never installed. Each room is equipped with celling fans to assist when the ocean breeze is calm.
