Mahalo!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />With the success of our first property — which has earned over 150 five-star reviews — we’re thrilled to welcome you to our second home on Kauai’s stunning North Shore.<br />Come experience this beautiful, true 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo at Nihilani in Princeville. Perfectly located on the coveted North Shore, this highly sought-after home offers comfort, privacy, and all the modern conveniences you need for a memorable Hawaiian getaway.<br />The entire condo is equipped with whole-house air conditioning, controlled by a Nest thermostat in the living room. The spacious primary suite is located upstairs and features a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a separate soaking tub and shower, a private toilet room, and a generous walk-in closet. Downstairs, you’ll find two completely private bedrooms, each with its own king bed and easy access to a full hallway bathroom.<br />We recently purchased and fully refreshed the condo from top to bottom, replacing everything to ensure it’s thoughtfully equipped for your stay. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with high-quality appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. It opens to a dining area with a table that seats six, plus an eat-in kitchen counter with bar stools.<br />The living area is warm and inviting, with a deep, comfortable couch, a coffee table, and large windows that invite in the gentle trade winds. While central air conditioning is available throughout, many guests prefer to open the windows, turn on the ceiling fans, and enjoy the refreshing tropical breeze Hawaii is famous for.<br />You’ll also enjoy cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated garage with one additional parking space right outside. For beach days, we provide surfboards, multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and plenty of other beach essentials.<br />All three bedrooms are furnished with luxurious hotel-quality linens, and the bathrooms feature plush towels and high-quality cabana towels perfect for the pool or beach. We regularly inspect and rotate all linens and towels to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You’ll also find a hair dryer in the primary bathroom and an iron available for your use.<br /><br />In short, you have found the right spot for your family and friends to have the best time Hawaii can give. Be respectful of quiet hours.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Aloha. Our only limitation with the brand new van is we cannot do trips to Waimea canyon as it is too hard on the vehicle and has no cell service. We have had 3 cars now go there to die. Turo is a great website for vehicles that you can rent, have insurance, and drive that terrain. It also works out very well to rent a vehicle at the airport as you are passing by there on your way to the canyon anyway.
