Thank you to all our guests for giving us a super host designation..<br />This is a wonderful place to stay for those who want a private quiet setting close to all Kauai's North Shore has to offer. Some of the world's most dramatic scenery can be on this stunning tropical island. <br />Princeville is destination resort with a beautiful golf course & yummy restaurants It's close to beautiful beaches & short drive from Hanalei town.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The home is on a large parcel adjacent to a tropical jungle. It has an amazing mature garden full of orchids & a colorful plants.<br />Bathrooms are modern and new... Kitchen has been updated. Relaxing new decks with wonderful jungle views. BBQ off the kitchen. <br />We have always strived to keep our vacation home spotless. We have always use bleach products to wash our sheets and towels and sanitize the kitchen and bath rooms. We wash our bedding between each guest booking. <br />We are committed to the safety of our guests. We will be following new Airbnb enhanced cleaning initiative protocol guidelines during Covid 19 and beyond. <br /><br />We pay State of Hawaii tax approx 15% this is included in your nightly rate<br /><br />NOTICE: At the end of the day, March 25, 2022, the Safe Travels Hawai‘i program will conclude. Beginning March 26, 2022, there will be no COVID-related requirements for arriving domestic passengers. Travelers arriving in Hawai‘i directly from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements; consult with your airline.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire home is available to guests and the laundry area in the garage. Garage parking is for owner's Parking and storage. Parking for 2 cars in driveway.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are newer owners and have completed a beautiful remodel. <br /><br />State of Hawaii taxes are included in the nightly rates.<br /><br />A guest review:<br />"This house couldn’t have been more perfect for us during our 10 day stay on Kauai. The first thing you’re going to love is the lanai. The spacious covered outdoor space was where we found ourselves most of the time during our waking hours at the house. We started the day with breakfast with the family, set out on our daily exploration of the many things to do on the island, and returned to have dinner and evening conversations before heading off to bed for the night.<br /><br />The interior was recently renovated and made for a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and felt like you were staying in one of the hotels on the island, without losing the feeling of “home”.<br /><br />Everything from the on-site washer and dryer, spacious kitchen, outdoor shower, and beach accessories were a welcomed convenience. The beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and beach mat, were nice to have on hand. There’s also snorkel gear for kids.<br /><br />The location was only a short drive to Hanalei and the north shore beaches. We found ourselves spending the most time at Sealodge Beach within walking distance of the property. This is a smaller beach with some really great snorkeling. There’s also a grocery store very close by, which we frequented often.<br /><br />The location in Princeville is among some very nice homes and condos, with lots of people walking and running all hours of the day and night. There’s a nice running track nearby.<br /><br />The owner was very attentive and made sure we had contacts for any questions or issues that may come up. Fortunately, the stay was great and worry-free.<br /><br />If you’re looking for a great place for a family get away, you can’t go wrong with this Princeville home. Just waking up to the sounds of the ocean in the distance, walking out to the lanai and having my coffee while overlooking the jungle views was just one of my favorite things about this place.
