We have all the beach toys/supplies you will need to enjoy the beach with your family.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The kitchen is freshly updated with high end appliances, a Vitamix, a coffee machine, french press and all the tools you need to make some great meals with your family. There is a spacious pantry just off the kitchen with lots of storage and a brand new washer/dryer.<br /><br />Enjoy the great room with a cozy seating area and dining room table or step out onto the lanai and enjoy our quiet street with mountain views and a little peekaboo view of Hanalei Bay.<br /><br />The Bedrooms: <br /><br />There are 2 large bedrooms and a 3rd lofted bedroom with a privacy wall. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, A/C, a smart TV, a large closet and a private ensuite with bathtub/shower. The primary bedroom is a large space with a king size bed, A/C, a new smart TV and a little private lanai. The primary bedroom shares a spacious bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower with the rest of the house. The lofted bedroom is a cozy space for kids with 2 twin beds. There is a privacy wall to help buffer noise and a ceiling fan for airflow. There is no A/C unit in the loft but the room will benefit from the living room A/C and is a very comfortable space.<br /><br />Private Studio Suite:<br /><br />This self-contained studio has its own exterior entrance—perfect for anyone who’d like a little extra privacy or a quiet remote-work setup. Inside, you’ll find:<br /><br />- A bright, open room with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa<br />- A compact ensuite bathroom with shower<br />- A handy wet-bar area with sink and mini-fridge for snacks and drinks<br /><br />While the suite is NOT air-conditioned, a ceiling fan plus floor fans keep things comfortable.
