The house and yard are large and available for all who stay to enjoy.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The property is in the town of Princeville on the island of Kauai. this is on the north side of the island. it is considered to be the most beautiful place in all of Hawaii. the property has one other AirBnB room and myself living at the house. i spend each morning cleaning the kitchen, Bathrooms, and doing laundry. This is an extremely clean house. i have been hosting the other room for a while and I go above and beyond for my guests. the property has fruit trees (seasional) which you may enjoy and i will put air conditioners in each bedroom for the hot summer months. please consider this an an option as I am eager to please my guests and help guide you through your vacation. see you soon!!!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire house with exception to the garage is available for guests to enjoy. I do have beach chairs and some coolers in the garage which you are welcome to use. Laundry may be available at a small costs (laundry is not in the budget for this listing but i am ok for guests to do a load or two at a price that covers cost) depending on the availability of the machines. anything you may need, please do not hesitate to ask. I aim to please:)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Welcome to our Shared House on Kauai!<br /><br />You’ll have a private, lockable room, so you can head out for the day with peace of mind knowing your space is secure. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing your own meals.<br /><br />The bathroom is shared, but there’s also a convenient half bath available. Most guests are out exploring early, so the house is often quiet or even empty during the day—you may find yourself with the whole place to yourself at times!<br /><br />Air conditioners are available during the summer months, and fans are provided year-round to keep you comfortable.<br /><br />I grew up here on Kauai and would love to share my local knowledge to help make your stay special.<br /><br />Please note: the photos are outdated—we’re constantly making upgrades to both the room and the house.
