The home's unique location overlooks both the mountains and Hanalei Bay from panoramic windows in the living area. The reverse floor plan gives the bedrooms a quiet cool jungle feel close to the gardens.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The home has a reversed floor plan, giving everyone peace and quiet in the downstairs bedrooms, and an exquisite view upstairs as you relax and dine.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for entertaining. All pans, baking accessories and most knives, cutting boards and utensils are made by Caraway.<br /><br />There are three bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. The main bedroom features a full bath with a separate shower and tub.<br /><br />The two other bedrooms share a bathroom and feature a queen bed in one room and twin beds in the other. There is a private garden with an outdoor shower and ping pong table. Upstairs there are two living areas each with their own TVs and seating areas to relax. The main room is an open space with the kitchen, dining room and seating area, perfect for entertaining. Off of the main living room is a side room with a seated area that overlooks the mountains and waterfalls. Connecting all of the rooms upstairs is a lanai with a wood bar overlooking the view, the perfect place to toast the sunset and grill!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire property is yours to use during your stay!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />As mentioned elsewhere, Hawai'i is a warm climate that is cooled by constant trade winds. The house is situated and kitted out to take advantage of these winds with doors and louvers that open and take in the breeze.
