Our home is just a five minute walk to Princeville center and only a seven minute drive to world-famous Hanalei Bay. This is the perfect base to enjoy all the north shore has to offer plus air conditioned bedrooms!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our spacious two bedroom home is located on the world-famous Makai Golf Course and is walking distance to Princeville Center. The home is split-level and the upstairs features an open-concept, spacious living and kitchen area with beautiful vaulted ceilings. There an abundance of outdoor lanai space. The main living area also features a loft with a full-sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals at home. <br /><br />There are two master suites in the home, each on their own appointed level. Master Suite #1 has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom and cold A/C. Down a few more stairs is Master Suite #2. This suite also has a king bed with cold A/C and an en-suite bathroom. The configuration of bedrooms provides plenty of privacy within the home. <br /><br />This home is just a seven minute drive to Hanalei Bay and Anini beach and provides excellent accessibility to all your north shore adventures.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests can park on the premises. We highly recommend renting a car as ride-share is very difficult on Kauai.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a split AC unit in the main living area of this home that just doesn’t work efficiently enough to cool the space because of the vaulted ceilings.
