Special attention was placed on comfort and use. 800 sf of indoor living space enhanced with expansive lanais. Bedrooms and Kitchen are upstairs to capture ocean and mountain views. Bedrooms are air conditioned with split systems for good sleep. Rec area with pool table and laundry are downstairs. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and some surf toys provided. Surfboard rental available. Pool and spa on property is shared with host’s family. Please message me if you need space for more than 4 guests.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Exclusive use of upstairs living space in front house. Owners live in a separate house on property and share all exterior space including pool and spa. We love our guests and we are willing to go to great ends to make your stay fabulous. That being said, we live life fully and live on property. We swim in our pool, open and close our doors, and keep family hours.
