Full kitchen, up to four beds.<br />Permit number STRH2017/0001<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is an adorable, 900 sq.ft., two bedroom (OPTIONAL 1 bedroom-see below) house with high, vaulted ceilings and shiny wood floors. The house is a half block off Hana Highway, less than a mile from Paia town and all North Shore Beaches. The nearest beach access is Kuau Beach, about three blocks away, paia bay and baldwin less than one mile, and kuau point and hookipa the other direction. We are on the mountain side of Hana Highway. <br /><br />Both bedrooms have queen size beds, plus there is a full size futon/couch bed in the second bedroom, and a fold out futon couch in the living room for additional sleeping space. There is a window A/C in the living room area and the master bedroom, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the living room and dining area. The house is equipped with cable, wi-fi, and a full kitchen that has everything you need to feel right at home. There is an outdoor grill with a bistro set out front and another bistro set on the back porch where you can enjoy an afternoon mai tai or for dining al fresco. <br /><br />This house is great for romance, or a kite surf vacation, surf vacation, family vacation. We can talk about the car after your reservation is made.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access your own outdoor space for grilling and socializing. There is free parking beside the house and a shared laundry room with washers and dryers. Boogie boards, coolers. beach umbrellas and chairs, fins, yoga mats, etc. are available to our guests on a first come, first serve bases. Also, local shops rent gear and bicycles.
