Stocked kitchen, DirecTV, wireless internet, BBQ, papayas, limes, bananas, and breadfruit outside. Inside and outside dining area, sunbathing chaise lounges etc. Brand new designer furnishings, teak, comfy beds ( 1 king, 1 queen) , new linens and towels. Remodeled cottage is fresh for you.<br />Awesome location on Maui's North Shore... Walk to Beach, 1 mile from center of Paia town for shopping, dining, recreation. 1/2 mile from Hookipa. <br /> Great for small gatherings Perfect for paddlers, SUP's, kiting, windsurf gear. Gear is safe on property vs. condo complexes. No unloading/ loading 2x day. Washer/ Dryer great for extended stays.<br />Near bus stop for quick run in to Paia. Some snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers on site for beach days.<br />Seasonal discounts are available. Winter is typical high season for North Shore. Kiting and downwind sports are very popular in May thru October for the tradewinds. Olu Kai Ho'olaulea, Paddle Imua, Naish Maliko Race, Moloka'i to O'ahu for one man canoes, kayaks, SUPs, Paddleboards in July.<br />We live next door part time and Upcountry Maui fulltime when I am not at the Fire Station. Someone is on island to help you out.<br />Aloha<br />Yard has multiple fragrant island flowers including pikake, tiare and puakenikeni. Fruit trees include coconuts, lemons, limes, breadfruit, lilikoi ( passionfruit), seasonal papaya, etc. Cottage is a simple 600' square feet but the location and outdoors are tops.<br />Hawaii and now Maui collect a Transient tax and Lodging tax to keep our Island State beautiful. I feel it is pretty quiet but we are on the Highway allowing for proximity to beaches and Kuau Mart. It may be louder than some are used to.
