Tucked in a quiet ocean side area on the east side of the island; This is a unique two floors open space - loft, filled with natural sunlight. A tropical gem overlooking the blooming garden, partial ocean view and the abundance of hawaii wildlife. The space is perfect for a small family and close friends who wants to have extra space to lounge around.

The space
We're excited to share more about our unique island home. It's a 1200-square-foot open-space loft, just a two-minute walk to the ocean cliff and a fifteen-minute walk to Kehena black sand beach. The house is nestled in a beautiful, ever-blooming garden featuring palms, hibiscus, coconuts, papaya, and banana trees.

The home itself is a distinctive three-sided triangular building with an open layout and walls of windows that offer views of the garden and the sea. Six modern ceiling fans ensure comfort, and the morning sun streams through stained glass windows, filling the space with natural light. This open-plan design is ideal for both intimate groups and large families.

Downstairs, you'll find two full bathrooms. One is inside, beautifully crafted with imported Balinese river rock, glass brick, and Italian mosaic tiles. The other is an outdoor bathroom, just off the patio, designed with bamboo and stained concrete.

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a built-in glass induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, plate ware, silverware, and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a futon couch and a twin bed on this level.

The upper floor is naturally bright and includes one queen-size bed, two twin beds, and a spacious sitting area with fold-out couches, an LED flatscreen TV, and a designated Wi-Fi connection.

Our home utilizes catchment water, which is processed through a state-of-the-art filtration system, including UV (blue) light. This system is professionally maintained by a water technician, ensuring the water is excellent for cooking, showering, and general everyday use. For your convenience, we also provide a complimentary 5-gallon supply of reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water, as some guests prefer it.
