This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling.<br /><br />Enjoy mountain views from this 3-bedroom/3-bath home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 8 guests. The entire home has a sleek and modern design, open living space and upscale kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. Bedrooms are bright and airy. Enjoy the comfort of Air Conditioning for all bedrooms and the main living area. There are two primary suites each with a king bed, and a guestroom with a double bed & twin bed. There is an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a private backyard and oversized outdoor living space in the front and back. Shared driveway with the neighboring guest home (2 vehicle maximum for the main house).
