It is a well maintained community, but do note that these are not newly built units.<br /><br />A highlight of the home is the private lanai featuring outdoor dining seating and lounge chairs for lounging. Below the lanai, there is a large grassy area you can go to. Feels like your own backyard—great for playing, relaxing, or soaking up the island breeze.<br /><br />Inside, the condo features traditional Hawaiian louvered windows with screens, designed to let refreshing tropical air flow throughout the space. Open them up and enjoy an authentic island experience.<br /><br />Sleeping Arrangements:<br /><br />Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with cooling sheets, cooling pillows, and memory-foam comfort.<br />Living Room: Queen-size sofa bed with memory-foam mattress.<br /><br />Extra Bed: Air mattress stored in the closet—comfortable for both adults and kids.<br /><br />All bedding, blankets, and towels are OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring they’re safe, soft, and free from harmful chemicals. This may mean that you hear the lovely perks of the island once in a while, such as a rooster, but we have 2 noise machines if you are a light sleeper. Light sleepers can also close louvres in bedroom exterior & front door.
