Our 2-storey beach house offers a relaxed, quiet environment, with expansive covered lanais on both levels, perfect for enjoying your favorite beverage with family and friends.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />On the ground floor are 2 guest bedrooms, a bathroom and large laundry room with washer and dryer. One guest bedroom offers a queen-bed and a private lanai with ocean views. The second guest bedroom offers a king-bed which can be reconfigured as 2 twin-beds. <br /><br />Located on the 2nd floor is the master suite, and an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom is roomy, with a king-bed, an ensuite bathroom complete with double-sinks, a large dual-head walk-in shower and walk-in closet space for an extended stay. There are glorious views from the master as well.<br /><br />The kitchen is updated with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove-top and oven (rare on Kauai), and beautiful Koa cabinetry. Our home is very well maintained and appointed with all the comforts of home as well as the amenities you need for your adventure exploring, snorkeling or swimming while on the island of Kauai.
