Split A/C, Wi-Fi, and laundry complete this serene island haven.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This home offers you the main house with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, as well as a separate studio/guest house for an additional private bedroom, bath & kitchenette. A gourmet kitchen is equipped for your preparing and enjoying your own meals. Spacious enough to enjoy as a family, yet cozy and private enough for a couple who are looking for a luxurious and a quiet vacation retreat. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall as you sip a cocktail poolside with your own private lagoon style pool. Access to the Poipu Kai community pool/hot tub and tennis courts are also included. <br /> <br />The bedrooms are equipped with split A/C units for your comfort. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub and stand up shower, as well as a large walk-in closet that doubles as a bonus baby room with a crib. There are 2 twin beds in the second guest room and a queen size bed in the third guest room. There is one full common bathroom with a stand up shower. The open layout of a living area, TV space, and dining room, and dining patio create the perfect environment for spending time together. There is an indoor laundry room for your use. <br /> <br />The 'Ohana is attached to the main house however, has its own separate entrance with private front patio and small garden area. The cottage has one bathroom, tiled floors, ceiling fans, and a portable window a/c unit. There is a queen size bed and seating area with a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine. <br /> <br />Situated in the Poipu Kai Resort – just a short walk from pristine beaches and the Grand Hyatt. Walk and listen to the surf at Shipwreck beach (5 min walk), enjoy boogie boarding at a nearby Brennecke's Beach (8 min. walk), go snorkeling with lifeguards on duty at Poipu Beach Park (10 min.) or take surf lessons at Sheraton Beach (15 min.). Walk to the Grand Hyatt Resort (5 min walk). Treat yourself to a massage at the Anara Spa or play golf at the nearby Poipu Bay Golf Club (one of Tiger Woods' favorite) - all of this within walking distance.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We offer a contactless check-in with door code entry. <br />CHECK-IN: 4:00pm / CHECK-OUT: 10:00am <br />PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance.
