All bedrooms are master suites with their own bathrooms and lanais to enjoy nature and get closer to paradise. The large half acre lot has plenty of space for kids to play as well as park several cars, making it ideal for large/multiple families. For those seeking activities, there is snorkeling, surfing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, botanical gardens, ATV tours, zip lines and much more. Located centrally on the south shore provides easy access to the world famous Napili coast (and the Green turtles) and Waimea canyon on the west, Wailua river and the secret Uluwehi waterfalls on the east and Princeville on the north. The home has a large flat screen TV with all movie and sports channels to relax and comfortably watch on a large sectional leather sofa. High speed internet and Wi-Fi is provided for multiple device connectivity.<br /><br />This home has a lush zen tropical garden where you can enjoy outdoor dining while watching butterflies and birds. Beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided for you to enjoy swimming with the fish in the ocean.<br /><br />Please note that the entire house (living, dining and all 4 bedrooms) have ACs and fans for your comfort. Some old reviews might state that central part of the house doesn’t have AC, but we have added new ACs there now.
