It was a great launch pad for heading in to Wailea or Down to South Kihei. We walked a ton and felt so safe. We were close enough to the beach to head down to the beach every day, head out for dinner on foot or just chill beside the pool and cook on the barbecue. The house was perfectly equipped so we didn't have to buy or rent everything. <br />We had a great time. The beach next to the house is amazing and was by far the best beach we went to on the island. House is very clean. Check-in was incredibly easy. This is a perfect house for family vacation and kid friendly!!!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Pool, yard, hammock, mango tree, gazebo, the whole place is yours.<br /><br />IMPORTANT PROPERTY DISCLOSURES<br /><br />All children must be able to swim or wear the provided safety gear at all times near the pool. Children must always have adult supervision by the pool. <br /><br />QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM: Quiet Hours are a County requirement for licensed vacation rental homes like this one. The Cloud 9 Rental Home is located in a residential neighborhood and guests must be aware and respectful of neighboring properties. Noise carries at night and although our guests are on vacation, our neighbors are not. <br /><br />GROUP GATHERING RESTRICTIONS: Part of a larger group all visiting Maui at the same time? Have friends and/or family living or staying on Maui? Visiting Maui for a wedding or reunion? Be sure to read our policy about no group gatherings.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: arriving with more than the number of guests (including children and babies) as per your reservation forfeits your booking and no refund will be offered.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Small private local business owner who lives on island instead of renting from a large management company.<br /><br />You will immediately feel at home in the beautiful tropical gardens, outdoor dining space with led lighting and open kitchen/dining room for the entire family to gather. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed with soft sheets, stunning bathroom with skylight and it's own small patio with a bistro table. The second bedroom is poolside with a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins that can also be converted into king bed if desired. You'll be surprised at some of the ocean views as you explore this gem with either pool or ocean views from each bedroom. This home is a perfect size for families or friends wanting vacation time together with private pool located less than 5 min from several beaches, shops and dining.<br /><br />House rules as per our permit:<br /><br />1. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. <br />2. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;<br />3.
