There is a Smart TV with cable and free high speed WIFI. The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped for cooking and cleaning. The Bar seats two with additional standing room. Please know we have worked hard to make things perfect for your stay. That said, sometimes Mother Nature has other thoughts. We are in the tropics. That means various bugs can thrive in the warm weather. The entire property is sprayed quarterly for pest control. You might possibly still see a "bug". That is not the norm but sometimes various weather factors can affect that.<br /><br />We can experience dirt and dust if the weather is dryer, especially if our winds are blowing. We are not responsible for roadwork by the county, broken pipes or water or electric outages. Just like at home, things can happen that were not anticipated.
