A perfect place for friends, family, or just a roomy couple's getaway, we are happy to share our Hawaii Home with you. Ocean view from the lanai (lovely breezes included!), only 25ish minutes from Kailua-Kona, located between Kealakekua and Captain Cook and just seconds from the Captain Cook monument trailhead. <br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: it's an older home and often mid-remodel so with some quirks, character and imperfections, but we love to call it Home, and we hope you will too!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Lush banana, avocado, papaya, ulu and mango trees surround us - help yourself to any fruit you can find!<br /><br />We live here, so you will see some of our personal items, clothes etc around. There will be plenty of space to hang your clothes, promise!<br /><br />We also have a small ohana downstairs which, if available, you can also rent; it fits 2 guests. Occasionally Amanda or someone else may be staying down there during your visit.<br /><br />This is not a glam fancy Pottery Barn house, but we love it! We are slowly fixing it up :-) We appreciate your understanding!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You’ll get one parking space in the carport.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />NOISE: there are loud roosters and coqui frogs to serenade you during the night and very random wee hours (we have ear plugs for this, but want you to be aware). We also get daily visits from adorable geckos (they eat the bugs!), and due to the tropical nature of the islands, the afore-mentioned bugs. Welcome to Hawaii!<br /><br />There are also guests (or possibly us) coming and going from the downstairs ohana, so respectful noise levels are expected on all ends.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />GE-055-900-4160-01
