The Victorian house, studio guest house, parking area and carport set back privately on the 2nd acre .<br />The first acre entrance and building are not included in lodging. The third acre behind the houses are full of trees for quiet privacy. Please inquire if you have questions.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />4 bed 3 ba House and optional studio guest house serving as 5th bedroom and 4th bathroom for this wanting both units. Please Inquire before booking. <br />Our Common area for maintenance is green grass areas, fruit trees, flowers and foliage grounds. Feel free to relax in the huge lawn and porch areas. <br />Note. The Front lawn area, parking behind the victorian and the locked secured sauna is available. Sauna requires instructions and health release. Hotels keep extra parts lying around and have other rooms to move you to. For the most part, rental homes do not have those options. However, “reasonable” may not mean that it is fixed as fast as you wish or even during your stay.
