Conveniently located near Hilo and Pahoa town both of which offer shopping/dining amenities.<br />Tap water not potable but drinking water provided.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. <br />The master bedroom offers a King sized Tempurpedic bed for a greats nights rest, the master bath is equipped with 2 shower heads a sitting area as well as a huge soaker tub. <br />Bedroom 2 offers a Queen sized bed and a full bathroom with shower down the hall.<br />Tap water is not potable, however we do provide plenty of drinking/cooking water.<br />Enjoy mornings on the lanai with your favorite beverage and even take advantage of the hammock that awaits. <br />The house is nestled on a little over an acre of cleared land on a cul de sac which offers privacy and lots of space for outdoor activities.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The whole house and yard with a paved road for those who would like to enjoy taking a walk down the road.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No parties or special events allowed out of respect for neighbors and please drive slow as this neighborhood has lots of families and children exercising and playing on the road.
