This 1 bed/1 bath private retreat was designed as a "nook" for the soul - a quiet place to reset amidst the bamboo and sea breezes of Hawaiian Paradise Park.<br /><br />We hope you enjoy the tactile beauty of the materials that define this space: intricate woodwork, hand-carved to celebrate Hawaiian craftsmanship and simple textures that allow you to relax and enjoy the pace of Puna life.<br /><br />A/C available in the master bedroom.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Amenities<br /><br />Full Kitchen: A complete culinary space featuring a full-sized refrigerator, standard gas (propane) range, and ample prep space.<br /><br />Full Bath: A full-sized bathroom with full bath and shower. <br /><br />Laundry Pavilion: Just a few steps from your door, a dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.<br /><br />The outdoor living area is shrouded in bamboo, creating a natural screen for the dedicated seating area. Whether you're sipping Kona coffee or listening to the rain, the wrap-around greenery ensures your stay is beautiful.<br /><br />Please note there is another tiny home at the back of the property (about 100 feet away from Hale Paka) and is available for guests to stay.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests are welcome to use the laundry pavilion and have full access to the back of the property. <br /><br />As there may be other guests enjoying the separate residence at the back of the lot, please maintain a respectful distance from that building.
