The first floor of the home opens to a spacious living room and kitchen area that offers plenty of room for groups and families to relax and enjoy the sights of sounds of the ocean. A full laundry room and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed complete the lower floor. An indoor fishpond accents the bottom of the staircase to the upstairs. <br /> <br />The second floor has three bedrooms, each one with gorgeous ocean views, as well as a lanai for relaxed outdoor seating.
