Beaches, Keauhou Bay, and Kona are minutes away — plus an attentive 5 start host that overdelivers.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Oasis Kona is a spacious home located in a newly built, private gated community next to the beautiful Keahou Bay, which offers a lovely small beach, grass park, swimming and access to water activities and boat tours. <br /><br />The main living area features an open-concept design that integrates the kitchen, dining room, living room, and outdoors - creating a perfect tropical flow.<br /><br />The beautiful pocket sliding doors open up to the magnificent lanai, a private oasis where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Kona Country Club golf course, sparkling ocean and lots of palm trees and Hawaiian birds.<br /><br />The lanai features a beautiful Koa wood dining table, high-end lounge furniture, Sonos speakers, a heated pool and spa, and a heated outdoor shower. You can sometimes see whales from the lanai. It’s truly magical.<br /><br />Oasis offers the largest lot size in the community and 2347 Sq ft of indoor living space. It also features one of the largest pools.<br /> <br />Walk 10 minutes to the newly renovated Outrigger Hotel where you can enjoy a wonderful Luau, 3 restaurants and manta ray viewing from the ocean front deck.<br /><br />If you love to play pickleball, the courts are just a few minutes walking distance. We provide 4 paddles and balls for your convenience. <br /><br />LOCATION:<br />Oasis is a hidden gem! We are located in the lush and beautiful community of Keauhou, just 20 minutes south of Kona town. A main supermarket, farmers market, drug store, restaurants as well as other shops are just a short 5-minute drive away in the Keahou Shopping Center. <br /><br />The Holuakai community is tucked away in a private gated setting. Our neighborhood is clean, quaint and accommodates both couples and families.<br /><br />Captain Cook, a quaint community featuring the best farmers market and a world-class snorkeling bay, is a quick 10-minute drive south.<br /><br />Keauhou Bay is a 10 minute walk and offers calm turquoise waters for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and the world-famous manta ray night swim — just moments from your doorstep. <br /><br /> <br />THE GUEST ROOMS:<br /><br />Master bedroom 1:<br />Featuring a king-sized BeautyRest mattress, and an oceanview with direct access to the lanai. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.
