Her attention to detail, quality amenities and extra clean home is loved by guests.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Tucked away in the gated resort community of Holuakai at Keauhou, this resort home is a destination on its own! It features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room with a private outdoor paradise. <br /><br />Your host took exactly what she looks for in a vacation home and incorporated those elements. What does this mean? EVERYTHING is washed and sanitized every single stay (i.e. there are no throw pillows on beds!), organic and natural skin and hair care products are provided, every bed is comfortable, no clutter (i.e. this isn't someone's second home), furniture throughout the home is of the same collection providing a calming and luxurious feel and the art is local with a focus on the Big Island of Hawaii. <br /><br />The floor plan is perfect for families, couples and friends alike. The master bedroom suite features a king bed and a lanai door opening to the backyard oasis. The additional two bedrooms both feature queen sized beds, with one of the bedrooms connecting to a second full bathroom.<br /><br />The location allows for easy access to outstanding Big Island beaches including Magic Sands, Kua Bay and Makalawena. From the house, you can walk to Keauhou Bay where many tour operators are located for snorkeling and diving trips and the very popular manta ray tours. Also within walking distance is the Outrigger Hotel where multiple markets are hosted including the Ho'oulu Community Farmers Market & Artisan Fair every Wednesday and Friday. <br /><br />With many "only on the Big Island of Hawaii" adventures, this house is in a great location to check those bucket list activities off your list -- visit one of the world's only green sand beaches, visit the Volcanos National Park, stargaze on the top of Mauna Kea, snorkel with the manta rays or just lounge on one of the best beaches in the world. <br /><br />Plus NO FEES that we can control -- no cleaning fee and no resort / amenity fee!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire house will be your paradise except for one locked linen closet and the garage which is used by our cleaning and special requests team.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We want to make your vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii unlike any other vacation -- we want to make your preparation for vacation easier and ensure that you have exactly what you need.
