The two dining tables seat 8 people, as well as 4 person seating at the kitchen counter bar. The primary bedroom has space for a pack-n-play crib as well as a large walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have showers - no bathtubs. <br /><br />The property is 1 acre with two terraces of green grassy lawns. There is plenty of parking for cars in the large roundabout driveway (shared with caretaker/owner).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to main home, 2 lanais, yard, driveway and laundry (in garage, but no access to parking in garage). <br /><br />Included for guest use: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler.<br /><br />The house is equipped with starter sets of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, clothing detergent, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />GET and TAT taxes added to nightly cost as required by Hawaii State Law.<br /><br />Caretaker lives on property in a separate unit and not in the main home/rental. <br /><br />Please note: Coqui frogs live this area of Hawai’i Island (Kailua-Kona). You will hear them singing most nights. <br />Hawai’i has a tropical climate. Insects, lizards, & rodents thrive in this environment. We make every effort to minimize your contact with them inside & outside the home.
