Owner is in separate building nearby and will respect your privacy. <br /><br />This is a BYOS (bring your own Subscription). SmartTV's in living and master bedroom have basic Roku TV channels and can support your favorite subscription service.<br /><br />The neighborhood is a quiet, lush, tropical cul-de-sac with homes nearby. Sometimes neighbors can be heard given their closer proximity.<br /><br />Because you are in the tropics, bugs and coqui frogs are in the area.
