We do our best to keep the noise down<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest will have access to the entire downstairs unit and private lanai with great ocean views. We live in the upper unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Absolutely NO smoking or pets on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and cost of future lost business, if the unit smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter or fur.<br /><br />Bugs: although our space is professionally cleaned between each booking, bugs will still occasionally be found inside.
