Located in the Kona Palisades neighborhood, our home is nearby to the Kona airport, a short drive to downtown Kona, and within convenient distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! This house is an ideal setup for families and friends that enjoy traveling together and staying under one roof!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our rental space includes 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people comfortably (1 king bed, 1 queen, and 2 twins), a sofa bed in the living room, and 1 queen size airbed (available upon request). <br /><br />There are 2 full bathrooms (master and guest) that include towels, body/hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.<br /><br />The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies for cooking and food preparation (pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.), and offers ample space in the refrigerator and cabinet pantry for storing food during your stay. It also includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (drip and single-serve), blender, toaster oven, and other kitchen appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. <br /><br />The adjacent dining area is bright and airy and has been the setting for many delicious meals and lively conversations. But, if outdoor dining is more your style, the lanai is set up with a patio table & chairs (for up to 6 people) and features a stunning view of the Kona coast and spectacular sunsets!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to the entire upstairs portion of the home as well as the front and back yards.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The home is set up with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, washer & dryer with laundry detergent, beach towels, and boogie boards available for use during your stay. It also includes smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom that can be used to connect to any of the streaming TV services that you are subscribed to (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). It also has a split AC unit for cooling down the living room area on warmer days. There are no AC units in the bedrooms. However, because the home is located at a higher altitude, the weather becomes cooler in the evenings which means there is less need for air-conditioning at night (especially in the winter months).<br /><br />Also, please be aware that on the nights of July 4th and December 31st people throughout the area celebrate these special occasions with fireworks that can last into the early morning hours.
