Charming upgraded cottage. Easy access from this centrally located home. Expansive ocean views and sunsets are abound; French doors, 3 lanais, and many windows allow a generous breeze to flow throughout. Plenty of spaces designed for guests to relax and unwind w/privacy. AC in MBed & 1 more BR - though often not needed. The hub of town, walking paths, and many beaches nearby. Relax with a book in a hammock or take a walk to a little known beach gem. See "Policies-additional" for HI taxes due<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The house is filled with light and fresh air flow. Many of the rooms have ocean views, a view of Lyman’s surf break, or mountain views. There is plenty of space for people to find privacy or to gather together. The home is clean and well maintained, and a water filtration and softener system has been added to the house main water. Bring your water bottle and you are set. This and the outdoor shower are my favorite additions to the home . We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood but also close to all the action. <br />Parking for one car is available<br />In the driveway. Private washer and dryer for renters.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking is available on the property. Walking to the shore is an easy option for exercise. At this point, if you don’t have a car, there is a “hop on & off” shuttle you can take into town or to local nearby beaches. Electric bikes easily accessed for rent on this road too. Perfect location for everyone.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />I do need to charge and collect HI GE tax and Transient Accommodation Tax separate from the fees paid to AirBnb. The taxes are paid to me about five days prior to arrival date. After they are paid, I send you a direction letter and combination for the lockbox - house keys.<br />There is also a utility usage cap of $13/day - which translates to $364 a month of power usage. This is plenty for guests to use while having fans on during your stay and the room AC units on at night for sleeping if desired. Guests leaving AC units all day and all night will incur additional use charges.
