LOCATED JUST 2 MILES FROM THE KONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. YOU CAN ARRIVE AS LATE AS YOU WISH! NO CURFEW!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our property is located in the Kona Palisades subdivision, within a very safe neighborhood. Which happens to be close to the Kona Airport (just 2 miles).<br /><br />We Welcome all, kind hearted, trustworthy and considerate individuals, from all over the world and walks of life!<br /><br />We ask that you honor, respect and live by the Hawaiian culture. Please be kind and considerate of one another, as well as abide by the “House Rules”. <br /><br />It is customary in Hawaii to remove your shoe, sandals and or slippers, before entering the house.<br /><br />Your bedroom is private, but it DOES NOT have its own private bathroom. The room is very comfortable, spacious, clean, has a TV and Aircondition too! For the most part, very peaceful.<br /><br />The main bathroom is at the beginning of the hallway, first door on the right and you share it with other Airbnb guests.<br /><br />Staying within the host family’s home, is very unique and it is not for everyone. I find that the most savvy travelers who just need a place to sleep, without paying the exuberant cost of staying in a hotel, especially in Hawaii… enjoys this as an option. As, this is a family home and not a hotel type of environment.<br /><br />So sorry, my washer and dryer is OFF LIMITS to ALL guests.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest will have access to cable television, Netflix, and password secured Wi-Fi. <br /><br />In the shared bathroom, we provide hairdryer, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. <br /><br />Off LIMITS are the laundry room (washer and dryer) and all other bedrooms, with the exception of yours.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />PLEASE NOTE: The map of the home address that is provided here on this site, by Airbnb, is incorrect, (it pinpoint the airport location as my home), and they (Airbnb) are not able to fix the problem. Please use the home address on goggles maps to find this location.<br /><br />1. Please provide your flight information and or your arrival time? Should you already be on the Big Island, your most accurate time of arrival?<br /><br />2. Please park outside on the street, it is complementary! NO PARKING within my driveway and NO DRIVING on the lawn. Thank you!<br /><br />3. Please remove your shoes and all footwear before entering the home!
