Why not enjoy Hawaii, where it's warm in summer and cool in summer?<br />I started this rental not for short-term sightseeing, but to have people stay as long as possible and experience life in Hawaii.<br />Of course, there are good and bad places everywhere. The good thing about Hawaii is that it is warm in winter, about 18 degrees even on cold days, and cool in summer, and even on hot days it stops at 30 degrees. It is also the most popular island in Hawaii with the most attractions.<br />Combining these, it is a hot summer resort in Japan, a cold winter resort, and a place to relax from busy everyday chores, play in the sea for a change of mood, and enjoy different cultures.<br />Workation, junior high school students, high school students can study English while enjoying the sea during summer vacation, spring vacation, and winter vacation, or enjoy Hawaii with their mothers.<br />Breakfast on the lanai with the birds, a lazy afternoon sunbathing while watching the planes fly, a toast to the sunset, and an endless night of stargazing. We'd love to have you spend a relaxing time in Hawaii.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There are two rooms to rent. One is a bedroom with a queen size bed and about eight tatami mats, a study room with about six tatami mats and a desk, and this room also has a sofa and a single bed, so it can be used as a single bedroom. There is a private coffee maker, microwave, open toaster, and fridge in the entrance hall, which is about 6 tatami mats. Of course, there is also a private toilet, a bath with a bathtub, and a shower. Note 1: The full kitchen is shared upstairs.<br />Note 2: It says eight tatami mats and six tatami mats, but the floor is tiled.<br />Also, if you bring a mobile phone (depending on the model) or a PC, you can watch JME's Japanese programs here for free because we have a cord and a monitor.<br />Outside the room there is a private garden table and chairs for two.<br />Parking is 10 steps from the separate entrance. Parking is available for 2 vehicles.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, BBQ grill, spa, upstairs lanai, lanai has a garden table for 4, chairs, parasol, and a relaxing sun lounger. These will be shared.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />You can't go anywhere without a car. My friend runs a car rental business, so I can help you with renting a car if you need it.<br />If you want to learn English, I can also help you find an English teacher.<br />Of course, I will join you for shopping, etc., if it is at the same time.<br />I have a dog named Kaia. She is a Doberman, but she loves snacks, so if you give her snacks, she will get used to you right away.
