This recently updated one-bedroom space is nestled within a beautiful home surrounded by lush tropical trees, including a fresh tangelo tree—perfect for picking breakfast straight from nature.<br /><br />Inside, you’ll find a newly renovated kitchenette with stylish countertops, cabinetry, a modern sink, and a spacious refrigerator. The bedroom features a super-comfy bed with quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There’s also a lovely table for dining or catching up on work.<br /><br />Animal lovers, this is the perfect spot for you! Our home is filled with joy, thanks to our three friendly dogs and one cat who love making new friends.<br /><br />Located just five minutes from Magic Sands Beach and eight minutes from the vibrant downtown Kona on Ali‘i Drive, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore everything the island has to offer.<br /><br />Experience the warmth, comfort, and lively energy of our home in paradise. We can’t wait to host you!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to bedroom and kitchenette along with access to shared bathroom. <br />Guests also have access to shared backyard. <br />There is NO access to the rest of the house.<br /><br /><b>During your stay</b><br />I like to introduce myself in person but most of the time keep to myself.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The room, like most homes in Hawaii, has no air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan in the room. Summers, especially August, are hot. Please keep this in mind when booking. We live here year round without A/C but highlight it here since we know it is important to some travelers.<br /><br />Our house has good vibes, friends stopping by, laughter, our 3 attentive dogs and cat playing together and that kind of thing. We aim to keep it respectful, but this is a home with lots of life!<br /><br />‘Anela, Nala, and Kailea will greet you when you arrive and are very friendly. Alika the cat is the guardian, if you’re lucky enough to have him stop by and visit you.<br /><br />Like many homes in Hawaii, the our home has occasional geckos and bugs around. The home and grounds are treated regularly with green eco-friendly pest control, but this is Hawaii, so please keep that in mind.
