Both sides of the house feature beautiful sliding glass doors that allow the trade winds to flow through the house as you enjoy the full ocean view.<br />2 gorgeous master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms feature huge bay picture windows facing the ocean and mokulua islands.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests rent the entire property with completely private, walled in large grassy yard. <br />Guests have sole access to the yard, pool, hot tub, grill, gazebo and ocean access during the rental period.<br />Guests do not have access to the garage but the driveway can accommodate 4 cars.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Hawaii State Occupancy tax is 14.962% and I will collect that separately from you to give directly to the Hawaii Department of Taxation.<br />Once your reservation is paid in full I will request the tax payment through the airbnb site.<br />Transient Accommodation registration ID # TA-041-640-7552-01<br />Candis Thomas <br />I require a cleaning by my housecleaning staff at 10 day intervals to be paid for by guests. The cost is $500 per cleaning.<br />The house will accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.<br />However, the house comfortably accommodates 6 guests.<br />The 4th bedroom doubles as a laundry room.<br />Parties, weddings and Baby Luaus are strictly forbidden.<br />A maximum of 12 guests will be allowed on the property as "Day Trippers".<br />Air conditioning provided in all common areas and master bedroom and bathroom only.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />TA# 041 640 7552 01
