Minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, restaurants, beaches, and golfing.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This home is ideally located on the eastern (lake) side of Highway 431 and up the street from Diamond Peak Ski Resort (just 2 miles away). It’s also a short drive down to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and casinos. You can also enjoy sledding, golfing or casual walks around gorgeous neighborhoods. <br /><br />Incline Village prides itself on its stunning, paved, east shore trail with world-class views of Lake Tahoe, moderate to challenging hiking and biking paths, and a family-friendly ski resort. <br /><br />Retire to your lodge after a day in nature and curl up with a book, watch a movie, or relax in the hot tub on the spacious deck with wonderful tree-top views. <br /><br />Enjoy outdoor views from the primary bedroom with one King bed and one single bed. Enjoy a private breakfast in the room with the en-suite small dining area. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of space and the large bathroom offers two sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a large granite shower.<br /><br />The living area is down a few steps from the kitchen/dining area, make it just far enough away from any commotion happening in the kitchen. Relax by the fire or watch a movie on the 82” TV.<br /><br />Enjoy the beauty all around as you spend time on the deck cooking at the BBQ or soaking in the hot tub. You can drop in for the day or get a membership by the week, month or year for yourself or your family. If you want to work out, you’ll find a cardiovascular room and strength area decked out with the latest equipment. The 25-yard, indoor pool has eight lanes and a diving board and is host to Aqua Fitness classes. You’ll also find a racquetball court and two basketball courts inside and an 18-hole disc golf course and 11 tennis courts outside. Fitness classes run the gamut, including yoga, Pilates, step, strength, cardio, cycling and swimming for individuals or groups, beginner to advanced. Services include massage therapy, nutrition counseling and personal training provided by certified professionals. You’ll also find showers, locker rooms and a dry sauna. The snack bar and pro shop provide healthy snacks and beverages and gear for yoga and swimming. When you need a break from the activity, relax in the lobby and enjoy the big-screen TV and fireplace.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire property except one storage closet used by the cleaning crew. Full access includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths (8 beds total), kitchen, and garage. The kitchen has an oversized island (great for group hangouts), newer stainless steel appliances, and room for multiple chefs. The kitchen opens to a deck with seating areas, hot tub, dining area, and BBQ grill (note that outdoor furniture is not available in the winter).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are pet-friendly! In most cases we allow 1-2 dogs with prior approval.
