You will be close to everything in Incline Village when you stay at this centrally located, 1700 sq foot newly updated townhome! Walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery, and TART bus stop. Just a short drive or shuttle ride to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed & private bath. The two secondary bedrooms each have queen beds and share a bath, with a hide-a-bed in the living room. The living room & kitchen have a large, vaulted ceiling and open to a tree-lined balcony.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />On the entry level there is a 2-car garage, which contains a washer and dryer for your use. As is typical with Tahoe homes, the garage is on the smaller side, but there is ample surface parking throughout the neighborhood if you have a large vehicle - parking pass provided for your use if needed. The garage is also handy for storing skis, bikes, and other outdoor items safely. You can enter the unit from the garage or from the driveway via a private entrance. From there you will head up a slate staircase and can leave any wet ski or beach gear in the closet at the top of the stairs. Once you enter the door to the second floor of the townhome, you will find 3 bedrooms, and two baths. Take the stairs to the third floor, and you will enter the living room, kitchen, dining area, and desk/workspace. On the third floor there is also a 1/2 bath, a beautiful balcony, and cozy fireplace. Because this is a townhome, both sets of stairs are relatively long, so please take this into consideration if you have difficulty with stairs or have young children. We do not have baby gates in place, so it may not be suitable for mobile babies or toddlers.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire space.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We installed air conditioning on the 3rd floor in 2025! However, with windows open, even in the summer, it is cool in the evenings. Each room has a fan. It is also not uncommon for there to be occasional internet or cell phone issues due to the mountains, but overall, these typically work well! Additionally, because it is a townhome community with shared walls between units in a very popular destination, you will have neighbors. While the neighbors are typically quiet, and the balcony looks out onto a lovely wooded courtyard, it is not a secluded area.<br /><br />If you would like to access any of the Incline Village beaches, please contact me after booking. We have a very limited number of passes available for an additional charge and once they are used for the season, they will no longer be available. However, there are many public beaches accessible by car, bike, or boat!<br /><br />Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Accidents happen - please just let us know so we can get it fixed. Thanks!
