This rental property does not provide access, nor may guests purchase access for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to explore other public beaches in the area such as Hidden Beach and Sand Harbor in Incline Village, Speedboat Beach and Kings Beach State Recreation Area in Kings Beach or Moon Dune Beach and Sandy Beach in Tahoe Vista.<br />- Guest do not have access to the private beaches but they can access the rec center pool, pickle ball courts, and the golf courses without a rec pass. <br /> <br />Blessed with an enviable location, the home is only a 12-minute drive from Diamond Peak Ski Resort.
