Home is on-property hosted.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This organic coffee farm is down a private road with stone walls at the borders and large Rainbow Eucalyptus trees at its entrance. Orange, lemon, banana, star fruit, avocado and lychee trees surround the house with rosemary, lavender and Bay trees in the little kitchen garden. Come sit on the covered wrap-around lanai and enjoy the ocean view and tropical surroundings. There is a barbeque and eating area out on the lanai, overlooking the coffee and the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom/office downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms have bed sizes as: Queen, Queen and 2 Twins plus an extra double blow-up mattress. The downstairs has a single bed plus a sleeping nook in the common area. Two full baths upstairs and another bathroom down with a tiled shower as well as an outside shower. There is a large country kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner stove, dishwasher and all cooking and baking supplies one could need. Off the kitchen is a coffee station with cappuccino maker and also a large laundry/utility room. The living-room and dining area is one large room with a small alcove for resting or sleeping and sliding doors out to the 600 foot wrap-around lanai. The covered carport has a basketball net. On the property, away from guest areas there is a property manager/host to assist you when necessary.
