The large lanai/patio welcomes you to enjoy the ocean view and outdoors. Comfortable for couples, solo adventurers, few friends traveling together and small families. The kitchen is well equipped, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, pots/pans, etc. There is a single serve Kuerig coffee maker and French press for local ground coffee. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, beach towels, some essentials to get you started (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, some toilet tissue) and clean linens at each check in. There is beach misc, chairs and cooler for your outdoor adventures. The house is clean with fresh linens at every check-in. This property is a family residence to manage the coffee farm and B&B. It has separate living areas. Each with their own entrance, parking and outdoor lanai, no spaces/amenities are shared.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Holualoa Elua has 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, living area with sofa sleeper, inside stacked washer/dryer, walk in closet with spare twin bed. It is a closet and not a place you'll be hanging out, no door, just a curtain for privacy. The lanai is where you'll want to relax with the cool breeze and ocean view.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This home does have 2 separate living areas that may be occupied at the same time. Privacy is a priority and no spaces are shared. This country home offers much more than an apartment/condo type setting. Holualoa does have roosters, birds, mosquitos and coqui frogs which you will hear at night, especially when it rains. Please no smoking in or near the house.
