Enjoy exploring the island the eco-friendly way with autopilot, complimentary charging onsite.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We are a 3 Acre Luxury Vacation Rental Property with an Award Winning Coffee Farm comfortably nestled on the slopes of Hualalai overlooking Kailua-Kona.<br /><br />The Vista Suite is located on the South side of the villa and has its own separate entrance. All rooms in the Vista Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck, infinity pool+Jacuzzi . With larger group you have an option of booking 2 suites or Suite+ Cottage.<br /><br />We have a brand new split system AC and heating in every room and living room.<br /><br />All rooms in the Vista Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck and infinity pool. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds – when you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 1 queen and 1 twin-sized bed. It has its own bath down the hall. That bathroom also is where the laundry room it located that features (2)modern full size washer/dryers. The enormous gourmet Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room has every amenity a chef could want. It also has a couch with a queen size pull out sleeper bed. This pull out has been upgraded to accept a full 8” mattress instead of the customary 4” mattress. The bed is comfortable even for a full size adult. The Vista Suite is about 1,800 sq ft and the deck and pool easily adds another 1,000.<br /><br />Please note that on Tuesdays, there is pool maintenance that takes place. We also have a ground maintenance man on site working in the garage and roastery from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday who works on maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The newly reopened gym is around 600 sq ft. There is also a huge parking area. The original estate was built to house two separate families that used to vacation together so privacy was built into the entryway is open and offers separate entrances. The has high end Life Fitness cardio machines.<br /><br />The infinity pool is shared with guests of another unit and we use a reservation system to allow guests to privately reserve the pool for a preferred time slot (max reservations 3 hours daily ). Outside of reservations, the pool is available on a first come first serve basis with no time restrictions. We will send you the link for the reservation system on the day of your check in. The pool also features Endless Pool - Fastlane.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- Failure to return keys will result in a $50 charge.<br /><br />We have an Optimum Business Internet connection here that delivers up to 600 mbps to the whole estate. The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-300 mpbs and offers an extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection. The Wi-Fi extends easily to all rooms as well as the deck and pool area. Our system is monitored offsite. We upgraded our system to a commercial standard to accommodate those who wish to reliably stay in touch or pursue business work while vacationing here. Our minimum stay is 2 nights. Our pricing reflects this access to a truly wonderful estate and the amenities outlined below.<br /><br />You will also be very likely to find geckos while on your stay in Hawaii. While deeply ingrained in the everyday lives of islanders, the real Hawaiian provenance of geckos is within its mythology. Geckos—long thought to be a smaller incarnation of the great lizard Mo’o—are considered to be ‘aumakuas: deified, ancestral spirits that are often manifested as animals. But aside of this, they are of great help in the regular home as they are harmless and will help with the not so friendly bugs you might find around while trying to just live your life.
