The space is located on the ground floor of a two story house with separate private entrance and separate off street parking. <br />Spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and fully equipped the house features a large master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet with washer and dryer, designated work space, bathroom, kitchen equipped with one induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, and full size refrigerator.<br />Living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room, and a covered lanai with gas grill. All in a tropical setting with total privacy and surrounded by a garden lush with foliage, orchids, anthuriums, citrus trees, white pineapples, and a couple of beloved ohia trees. Enjoy the garden view from every room. Private and secure.<br />Pull into your own private driveway and follow the path to the welcoming lanai and entrance. <br /><br />Beach gear, snorkel, chairs, boogie board, cooler are available for your enjoyment.<br /><br />Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am please.<br /><br />Coqui frogs are a fact of life on this side of the island and present at this property. You will rarely see them but you will hear them sing at night.<br /><br />Parking area is small and will be hard to navigate with a large car.<br /><br />Please use caution on all garden paths after it rains.
