Hilo is one of the best kept secrets in all of Hawaii, we're glad you found us! we strive to provide an accommodation that boasts value, without sacrificing location, cleanliness, or amenity's. This is a private guesthouse studio.<br />Located in the BEST location, you're just minutes from Big Islands premier beaches, restaurants, and antique town. We're excited to provide your next favorite accommodation!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Aloha and welcome to Hilo! This freshly renovated studio is conveniently located 2 blocks away from the airport, and centrally located just a mile from the beach, and a mile from downtown.<br /><br />The spacious studio is equipped with a comfortable King size bed, always prepared with clean and comfortable linens, a large sofa that pulls out to a full-size bed, and a 55” TV ready to stream any of your favorite shows. We include a powerful fan, and AC that has the ability to cool the room in just minutes.<br /><br />Although there is no oven, we have a single burner cook top, pot and pan and all the common utensils. There is an outdoor sink for washing dishes or cleaning fruits and veggies. We have also included a Chemex coffee maker, microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer. The table is a great size for a large meal with 4 comfy chairs to enjoy it! We also have the option to dine at the picnic table outside of the studio.<br /><br />We have recently revamped our former storage area in the back of the house into an extra space to be shared by guests who want to be outside, but out of the weather. We have included an additional eating area, TV, and outdoor couches for some lounging. Although this area is covered and stays dry, it is outdoors and exposed to the elements. We’re sure you’ll enjoy using this area when watching the game or your favorite movie indoors doesn’t feel right on your vacation!<br /><br />Our studio has a HUGE shower, with great water pressure and perfectly refreshing soap, shampoo, and conditioner. This is definitely one of our favorite parts of the studio.<br /><br />The studio is shared on the same property as our home, with rooms that we also rent occasionally to accommodate guests wanting to explore Hilo as well. While you will likely see ourselves, or other guests on the property, your privacy is very much respected.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have reliable high speed internet.<br /><br />Located on the same property as our home.<br /><br />While the studio is best situated for 2 people, we do have accommodations to host 4, although there will be a charge of 10$ for the 3rd and 4th guest<br /><br />Parking is tight on the property, and ask that you have 1 vehicle maximum. Please park in front of the studio, and do not park along the black fence. <br /><br /><br />**House Rules:**<br />- We kindly ask guests to respect shared spaces and keep noise levels down after 10 PM.<br />- No smoking indoors.<br />- Please remove shoes at the entrance.<br /><br />**Your Hosts:**<br />We live on-site and are happy to share our local knowledge to help you make the most of your stay.
