Welcome to our newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath home located in the heart of Hanalei Bay. Mountains and waterfalls viewed from the four lanai's take full advantage of the outdoor living spaces. TMK:550040230001<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home has an upstairs master bedroom with California King bed, swinging chair, closet, vaulted ceilings and beautiful mountain views. The upstairs full bathroom has a custom subway tile shower, and an Acacia wood bathroom sink countertop. The second bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed with breathtaking mountain and waterfall views. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for all of your families cooking needs. The upstairs has 2 covered lanai's for enjoying the beautiful mountain and waterfall views. The downstairs of our home has a large living area with 2 daybeds (King and Queen size), custom teak couch, swinging bench and plenty of space to relax. There is also a wet bar sink and refrigerator as well as a half bathroom. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a ceiling fan, closet and its own ensuite half bathroom. The downstairs has two outside covered lanai's (patios). There is a separate custom laundry room with a new washer/dryer. The fenced-in grassy yard is perfect for all of the kids to run around and enjoy the outdoors and pick organic Papayas and Avocados. There is a privacy fence that’s wrapped around the entire home/property that is tastefully decorated with local classic surfboards. There is also an outside shower with custom slate floor and bamboo privacy fencing. There is a second outdoor jungle shower that's perfect for rinsing off all of the beach sand before you go inside the home. There are plenty of outside chairs as well as an outdoor covered Gas grill. <br /><br /> The home is accessed from the main road (Kuhio Hwy) with a private driveway and also set back behind the beautiful and quiet Art Gallery Studio property. The two properties are separated by a 6' tall wooden fence decorated in surfboards, a lush green hedge, papaya trees and tropical landscaping. You can purchase locally made art right here on the property which is perfect for your Hanalei, Kaua'i souvenirs.<br /><br />With the rental of our home we include beach gear for our guests at NO additional cost! <br />For your personal use we will provide at the property:<br />~ at least 8 bikes with helmets<br />~at least 10 surfboards<br />~at least 4 stand up paddle boards and paddles<br />~ at least 2 feel free Gemini (double person, but can convert to single person) kayaks with rear rolling wheel and paddles and lifejackets<br />~ at least 10 sets of snorkeling gear (mask/snorkel/fins set up)<br />~ at least 10 beach chairs<br />~beach umbrellas <br />~coolers<br />~kids sand beach toys <br />~at least 5 boogie boards<br />~skateboards<br />~workout weights and yoga mats<br />~ a rolling wagon to bring all of your gear to the beach. It is all yours to enjoy!!! <br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Use of all of the gear provided is at your own risk. please be careful riding bikes on the streets and using the water equipment in the Ocean and Rivers. Always swim near a lifeguard. If your are not comfortable or confident with the provided gear please do not use it or book a guide/instructor. If you would like a guide or instructor for use of any of the gear please let us know and we will assist to organize it for you with your own personal Consierge.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that's over 2,000 interior sqft. The home also has two outdoor showers, laundry room (washer/dryer), outdoor waters sports gear room, outdoor propane grill, private driveway and grassy yard and fence that encircles the entire home. There are 4 covered Lanai’s on the property all with comfortable outdoor furniture (tables and chairs) and amazing mountain and waterfall views!<br /><br />We also run a small business that specializes in Real Estate, Accommodation, Activities, Services and Rental Gear. Please check us out online at Kauaiexperience.com <br />Along with the booking of this home you also have the use of Bikes, Surfboards, Stand up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Snorkel Gear, Boogie Boards, Beach chairs, coolers, beach wagons and 10' X 10' Beach pop up tents for your use. It may be useful to rent a truck if you plan to bring the paddle boards and Kayaks to the beach and river. Use gear at your own risk or hire a guide if you need instructions to use the provided outdoor equipment. <br /><br />We also have a Personal Consierge that works with our company, Kauai Experience. We can connect you directly with her to make your vacation more relaxing and enjoyable and to ensure that you get to do all of the activities and services that you desire.<br /><br />Note: There are 3 bathrooms inside of the home one of them is a full bathroom and the other 2 are half bathrooms. There are also two out door hot water showers. One of them is an open outdoor beach/jungle shower and the other is enclosed and private.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />While visiting if you plan on heading out to Ha'ena and spending time on the Na Pali coast or Ke'e beach or hiking the Kalalau trail you will need to go online prior to your stay to purchase and reserve a permit to access the area.
