At the end of a cul-de-sac and set back off the road, the house offers complete privacy.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />With three bedrooms, two baths, and a spacious, open floor plan the house will accommodate your whole group in style and comfort. It has a wonderful living area with lots of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with DVR capabilities, a DVD player with a large collection of DVD’s, and a sound system and IPod dock. The dining room table will seat 10 or 12, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for meal preparation and table settings. The wrap around lanais provide ample space for enjoying the wonderful surroundings and eating outside. The master suite has a king bed, a full ensuite bath, and a private lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twins which can be converted to another king. There is also a two bedroom apartment on the garden level that may be rented separately (and has a separate Airbnb listing), or with the upstairs, making a 5 bedroom home for a larger groups. The two suites are completely self contained and not connected. The only shared space is the driveway and the gardens.<br /><br />There are no gatherings or parties allowed on the premises without the express permission of the owners. There is a noise ordinance in effect in the whole neighborhood with quiet hours beginning at 9PM on weeknights and 10PM on weekends.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Local accommodations tax of 18% is additional. This home is in a tsunami zone.
