Two Lanais (one on the front, one on the back). Spotless space (we have a great cleaning lady), wonderful & private backyard, outdoor shower (with hot water). Ceiling fans in all rooms.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have the entire cottage to yourself. There is nobody else on the property, which is why you will be required to complete a rental agreement (please let me know if you would like to see in advance of your booking - I am happy to provide a copy). <br /><br />The County of Kauai requires us to make you aware of the neighborhood & house rules. This helps ensure the peaceful atmosphere of the street, which I know you will enjoy!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Note: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT TUTU’S COTTAGE IS LOCATED IN A TSUNAMI ZONE. SHOULD THAT OCCUR, EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE PRINTED IN PLAIN SIGHT IN THE HOUSE.
