Paulele is a beautiful Hawaiian-style home just across the street from breathtaking Hanalei Bay! <br />You’ll enjoy spectacular ocean, mountain, and waterfall views from many areas of the home and the world-renowned Hanalei Point surf break is in full view from the convenience of your front lanai! With a short path to the beach very near our home, you're 100 yards from the bay and an easy walk to Hanalei town. You'll find our home stocked with everything you need for a perfect tropical vacation!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />If you have been to Hanalei before, then you already know why our home is in the perfect location - if not, let me explain. There is a very small section of the beachfront road that avoids the main traffic pattern of visitors going to one of public beach parking lots and we are right in the middle of it (with a secluded beach access path that drops you on the beach away from the crowded areas to either side), while also being close enough to walk to town in just five minutes so you never have to worry about who is driving home after dinner.<br /><br />Property Details:<br />There are two identical primary suites, each with king beds, spacious bathrooms, as well as private entrances and lanais. The third bedroom (on the upper floor of the main house) has two twin beds, which can be converted to a king, and full bath with tub, while the lower level fourth bedroom has a king bed, shower bath, and private entrance.<br /><br />For your comfort and convenience, there is an outdoor bamboo enclosed hot water shower, laundry room, covered shuffleboard court, and covered hammock, as well as lots of beach gear (beach towels, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards) and yard games (horseshoes, bocce ball, badminton and croquet). The ocean view dining area seats eight, with additional stools at the bar and a four chair game table with plenty of games, puzzles, and books. The kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to cook at home. Evacuation procedures are posted in the house and on the rental agreement.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- Please take the time to review the layout of the house. If you have small children, you should take note that the upper and lower primary suites are separated from the main part of the house by an external covered breezeway. We do offer a baby monitor and are happy to work with you on other solutions.<br /><br />- For any bookings longer than ten (10) nights, a mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping will be required at a cost of $275. This includes washing linens, surfaces, and floors. More than one mid-stay cleaning may be required depending on the length of the booking.<br /><br />- Maximum occupancy is 8 (including infants). Extra guests may be requested and approved ahead of time and an extra charge of $100/person/day will be applied for people exceeding 8.
